Permission is granted to use WebVK's tools, document converters, and calculators completely free of charge. You may utilize our converters (such as PDF editors, image optimizers, and table extractors) for personal, academic, or commercial document processing. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title.

2. Client-Side Integrity & File Data Ownership

WebVK processes your files entirely inside your device's browser thread cache. We do not inspect, upload, store, or own the file inputs you process or the outputs compiled by our scripts. You maintain absolute ownership and responsibility for the content, compliance, copyright, and distribution of files compiled using WebVK utilities.

3. Prohibited Abuse & Scraping

To ensure a safe environment for all visitors, you must not:

  • Use automated scripts, scraper engines, or bots to crawl and spam our local conversion modules.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our web layers or inject malicious code payloads into our drag-and-drop frames.
  • Distribute files containing illegal, harmful, or copyright-violating text/graphics through download links compiled by WebVK.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

WebVK is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Conversions will be 100% accurate under all conditions (for example, coordinate shifts in PDF to Excel grid extractions due to complex PDF column hierarchies).
  • The application pages will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Third-party cloud rendering APIs used in browser integrations will maintain 100% uptime.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebVK, its authors, or operators be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the converter tools, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
